Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

Delivery costs are £49.99 on all orders to Mainland UK*.

Through our easy-to-use online store, we supply to both domestic and commercial customers, delivering carpet and flooring direct to your door. Some carpets and flooring can be delivered in as little as 10 working days, however, some may take longer, due to stock levels and delivery address. Please speak with one of our sales team to confirm your approximate delivery date.

Please be aware that the delivery of stair runners and bespoke rugs may take up to 5 to 6 weeks.

When we receive your order, we will email to confirm your delivery date. If you do not receive a confirmation email please email us at sales@knotistry.co.uk.

Due to insurance constraints, we are only able to deliver to the kerbside of the delivery address. Please make sure your delivery address and street is accessible by a lorry. Rolls of carpets can be quite large and heavy, so please make sure you have adequate storage. Please also be aware that you may need 2 people to lift your flooring into your home.

Shipping and Handling

There is a £49.99 delivery charge to any UK address.

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect your order thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the carpet or flooring has been received in good usable condition. Never sign for goods as ‘not checked’. If the order is damaged on delivery you should not accept them and inform the courier to return them to the sender. Please inform us of this immediately. In the unlikely event of the carpet or flooring being delivered faulty or damaged, we undertake to deliver the replacement free of charge.

Returns Policy

Please make every effort to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. We reserve the right not to accept returned carpets or flooring signed for at the delivery without inspection. We will only accept goods for return that are damaged on delivery.

As most of our products are cut to size on order, we are unable to accept returns, so please ensure you read and fully understand the measuring guide provided on this website.
